One Pot Pasta
Now this is propbably the easiest pasta dish you'll ever make in your life. There is a 5 min prep then everything gets tossed right into the pan including the uncooked spaghetti. Let the water come to the boil and that's it! How simple is that? My son loved it and the carb counting was simple it was just the pasta. We chose to serve it with a Caesar salad and garlic bread. It's a great way for our busy family to make a healthy meal and save us from eating out. We hope you enjoy it too!
Ingredients:
1 package of uncooked spaghetti
4 andouille sausage links (may substitute) sliced
3 cups grape tomatoes halved
4 gloves of garlic chopped
1 small onion sliced
1 bunch of basil chopped
4 cups cold water
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan to sprinkle
Place all ingredients into a pot. Bring to a boil and boil uncovered for 10 mins. Once noodles are done add Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately. That's it!
